IF YOU'RE NOT MAILBOX MONEY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, WHO ARE YOU? 

Mailbox Money started through a vision and out of the book series. Joe Ferrer is the author of those books and purchases of those books go to his company. Additionally, Joe's company makes the T-shirts, hats, envelopes and other merchandise. You can buy those items and a portion of the proceeds go back into the non-profit, Mailbox Money Community Foundation. The Foundation does not produce or hold inventory for merchandise as the focus of the Foundation is GIVING and spending money on merchandise and housing it, would not be a wise use of the donated funds. 

The Mailbox Money Community Foundation was inspired by a best-selling book series Joe dreamed up. His company sells the books and a myriad of other merchandise including shirts, hats, envelopes and more. Mere, you can buy those items and a portion of all the proceeds goes to the Mailbox Money Community foundation. The foundation does not produce or hold inventory tor the merchandise. However it benefits from all sales

HOW MUCH GOES TO THE NON-PROFIT, MAILBOX MONEY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FROM THE SALE OF ENVELOPES, APPAREL, ETC? 

Over ten percent of sales goes to Mailbox Money from Engager pricing. However, if you're not a member with Mailbox Money, you pay a premium for the product and over 50% goes to the foundation.

WITH REGARDS TO THE GOLD ENVELOPES, CAN I GIVE HOW I WANT TO? 

If you're using the gold envelope, we have some general guidelines. For example, we only give to an unsuspecting person, but what you give is on you! You can give a cup of coffee, the money needed for an important purchase, or anything else that speaks to you. See our general guidelines below: 

Rule #1 Be creative in how you want to give!  

Rule #2 Make sure the person you give to is unaware of their impending blessing!  Even if you know them, it should be a complete surprise, so it should not be on a birthday or any other event they may expect something special.  

Rule#3 Fill out your gold envelope and GIVE.  As they say rinse, wash and repeat! 

CAN I USE MY OWN ENVELOPES INSTEAD OF THE GOLD ENVELOPES?  

Truth be told, we cannot stop you, but when you use your own envelope, you are not participating in the Mailbox Money Gold Envelope Initiative. Remember, our goal is to hit ONE MILLION envelopes of intentional acts of kindness. By using the same envelope, we are creating a brand of kindness and generosity and the momentum of that movement is generated by consistency in how and what we give out. We can also track what is being purchased which gives us a clue as to how close we are to that goal! 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

All packages are delivered by USPS, and we do have tracking numbers assigned to each package. If you have not received your package, please email us with WHERE MY SWAG AT? in the subject line at info@globalmailboxmoney.com. Please do not email us asking about delivery if it has been less than 7 business days, unless you paid for expedited shipping.   

OH NO! I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER. NOW WHAT? 

How close are you to the people at that address? Unfortunately, Mailbox Money cannot be held liable for this error. We can cross our fingers together and hope the incorrect recipient returns your order. In that event, we will reach out to you, but you will need to let us know we are looking for a package to be returned. Send us an email with WHOOPSIE as the subject line at info@globalmailboxmoney.com. 

WILL I EVER SEE THIS PRODUCT IN DEPARTMENT STORES?  

Never say never, but we don't foresee that happening anytime soon. Our goal is to keep these products as an exclusive opportunity to engage in the Givers lifestyle. So right now, if you see anyone wearing this merchandise, they are an Engager like you! or got their gear as a donation to the cause. Throw up the symbol of the 5th when you see them! 

DO YOU HAVE ANY LARGER SIZES OR SMALLER SIZES?   

As we grow, we will begin to offer a wider breadth of sizes. For now, what is listed on the shop is what we have available.  

WILL THERE BE A WIDER VARIETY OF APPAREL COMING SOON?

As we continue to grow, this line will expand into a full brand, The Giver's lifestyle Brand!

We do not offer wholesale and do not allow resell options.
